Payment is accepted with all major Credit Cards, Paypal and Cheque (by arrangement). Please email info@4u2party.co.uk to arrange cheque payment.

Credit Card payments are securely managed by Paypal. Please click on the Paypal image found in Step 4 of this payment process.

Offered also is a local home delivery service. We offer this within a 3 mile radius of Bexleyheath, in Kent. All other orders will be dispatched within the Uk mainland only by first class Royal mail and standard parcel post for orders over 1kg. This is a 3-5 day service

Please check your invoice and delivery upon receipt. Any missing or damaged goods must be notified within 48 hrs of delivery.

We accept payment by paypal, credit card or cheque. Cash also where deemed necessary.

Goods may be left in your absence at our discretion but at customers own risk.

Any returned cheques are subject to an admin fee of 10.00 each.

We cannot accept responsibility for non delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details please provide correct daytime telephone number, mobile number and e-mail address.

Helium balloons float approx 5-6 days. In cold temperature it may deflate but after reentering warmer climate expand, and balloon will be inflated once again. We have the right to substitute your chosen balloon if it is out of stock but we will endeavour to contact you to give you the option of cancelling the order or accepting the substitute goods

All helium balloons are delivered by next day royal mail special delivery or our own courier service at an arranged time convenient to you. We accept paypal, cash or cheque.

Subject to stock availability we aim to pack and despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Please call to confirm if you need a weekend or bank holiday delivery ( not always guaranteed).

If you wish to cancel an order please ring customer service. You can cancel any items from your order providing they have not yet been despatched.

There may be a 3-5 day delivery on certain ranges of partyware. We will keep you informed at all times.

we do guarantee your satisfaction ,in the unlikely event you are unhappy with the goods received please return them to 181 Upton Rd Bexleyheath Kent DA68LY stating clearly the reason why in writing and clearly state your name and address.

4u2 Party do not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when orders are processed as part of the order fulfillment.

Returns policy- please ensure all invoices and deliveries are checked upon receipt and any shortage or damages be reported to the office witih 48 hours.

We cannot be held responsible for climatic changes.

We do sell some products that may contain nuts or are manufactured in a nut enviroment. Contact us and we will put you in touch with the manufacturer of a specific product to confirm ingredients should you have any concerns.

We deliver goods from Monday - Friday ( Some home weekend delivery slots are available. Please check for weekend and bank holiday deliveries).

If you cannot see a product you want on our website please phone us personally and we will endeavour to get it for you through our suppliers.

Once goods have been signed for they are no longer the responsibility of 4u2 Party.

An advertisement will be displayed at our discretion.
